we had fun making cookies this week...they actually turned out pretty good :-)
GREEN PEA COOKIES RECIPE
- Total time: 30m
- Yield: 6 large cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups Peas, frozen thawed
- 1½ cups ground or quick Oats
- 2 Bananas
- a pinch of Salt
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Blend everything together in food processor until broken up.
- Spoon mixture onto a tinfoil lined cookie sheet. (I used a little cooking spray so they didn't stick.)
- Bake for 15-20 mins until golden.
- Leave to cool and firm up for 10 mins then enjoy.
- Store in the fridge and eat within 3 days
