Rainbow Nibble Trays

It's important to eat a variety of fruits and veggies to stay healthy. This week I made classroom nibble trays in the shape of a rainbow.

First, I walked around and showed the rainbow to each table.   :)

Owen ended up eating 3 servings of pineapple!!

Brooks is trying a juicy grape   :)

  Hattie is trying pineapple!

Marcus, Maggie, Hayden and Brooks are marking what foods they tried.   :)

  Reagan ate lots of tomatoes!

The 3's class ate most of their rainbow  :)

Time for the 4's Class...

  London is trying pineapple!

Kai is trying a grape   :)

Sophia is trying a little tomato

  Ceci chose a grape   :)

  Connor is trying celery :)

The 4's class almost ate their whole rainbow!!!

I brought a couple whole carrots and large celery stalks for the nursery to explore :)
 Hmmmm.....what's this in my hand????
He was really chewing on the celery!

Piper thought the carrot was great!
 Yummmmmmm   :)

They were very content for quite a while!

Toddler Time  :-)

Sawyer loves blueberries!

Kate is not sure what to think about this...
  Lily is trying pineapple!
Skylar is chewing on something yummy  :)
I think Rose is eating a grape!
Zander is looking at his grape   :)
  Weston is trying celery!
Ari has a bowl full of goodies   :)

Frankie is trying carrots  :)
  Kam is nibbling  :)
Addie is going to try a blueberry!

The classrooms did very well with their rainbow nibble trays. It was really nice to see everyone trying fruits and veggies!
