Fruit Christmas Trees

This week I made a Christmas Tree shaped fruit platter for each room! 

3's Room

(Their tree was made of honeydew melon, green grapes, green apples, red grapes and mango)

Charlie is trying a red grape...He even asked for seconds!

Camden was pretty excited to try all the different fruits on our tree  :-)

Charly is eating a piece of honeydew melon!

Caelen is taking a bite of a green apple.....He asked for seconds on everything!!

Jax is showing his red grape

Sadie loved all the fruit on the tree  :-)

Audrey is looking at her green grapes....she had seconds and thirds of everything....yummy!

Ryan is biting a little piece of mango (our star tree topper)

I think the green apple was a little too sour for Jayden...He liked the grapes a "bunch"     :-)

Sophia politely asked if she could eat hers with a fork   :-)

The 3's class ate their whole Christmas Tree...way to go 3's!



2's Room

(Their tree was made of honey dew melon, green apples, green grapes,  red grapes, mango, and blueberries)

First, I walked around and showed the kids the "tree we can eat" 

 Then I held each fruit up and told them what it was  :-)

 Time to try it!!!

 Addie said "I am going to try to my grapes and apples before my mango, Ok Miss Kellie?"  I said, "Sounds good to me Addie"

 Lots of chewing  :-)

 I was impressed by how much everyone loved the fruit!!

 Kam liked the grapes alot!

 Skylar is deciding what to try first   :-)

4's Class
(Their tree was made of green apples, green and red grapes, blueberries, and mango)

 Everyone was pretty excited to see the tree  :-)

 Next I went around and asked what they would like to try

 Finnley might be taking a bite of a sour green apple

 Brooks is eating a red grape

 Henry was deciding what he wanted to taste....

 Hayden was pretty excited about the blueberries!

 There were lots of  requests for seconds on grapes   :-)

 Anna was showing me exactly which ones she wanted to try next   :-)

Toddlers
(Their tree was made with green grapes, honeydew melon, blueberries and cantaloupe)

 I showed the toddlers the little tree we can eat!

Abe said "Tree, Tree" 

 Time for tasting!!!

 Yummy!

Nursery
(We explored some of the leftover green apples)

Beckett wanted to hold his apple in the jumper!

 He put it through the hole a couple times!

  Sophie just woke up from nap and was not quite sure about her apple at first....

  Now she likes it!

 Beckett joined us on the floor...
