Turkey Pepper Cups

Happy Thanksgiving!



This week we made "turkeys" using clear cups with turkey bodies taped to the front, a little bit of hummus and sliced bell peppers.  It was a quick and easy snack that many of the kids enjoyed!  :)

Bell peppers have a lot of vitamin A and E which helps keep your skin and nails healthy and looking good.  They also have vitamin C which helps boost your immune system. 

The hummus we used is made from chickpeas. They are high in protein which helps your body build muscle. Chickpeas also have fiber which helps your digestive system.
