This week we practiced our Arctic Animal Yoga again
The 2's Class and 3's Class worked out together in the rec room :-)
We started in the curled up lemming pose and then moved to the walrus pose.
Next, we tired the arctic fox pose. Nice job Addie!
Then, we turned our head side to side like the snowy owl...
Next, we tried the moose pose :-)
This is the snow goose pose. It's a little tricky. Harper and Caelen are doing it perfectly.
Now we are rounding our backs like a musk ox.
This is the whale pose. Nice job Alba! Nice job Lucy! Nice job Zander!
We decided to switch things up and do some animal action cards.
Jax was really excited that we howled like a wolf :-)
The we hopped like a snow hare. Great hopping Frankie!
Crawling like polar bears!
And waddling like penguins. Nice work Sawyer! Good waddling Westin!
Sadie has a great penguin waddle too!
Here we are clapping likes seals. It was pretty silly. :-)
We had a little bit of time left so I said "Who wants to march behind me?"
We finished with some races....everyone got really wore out :-)

I brought a few food books to the Nursery

We tried doing a little stretching too....Pema is reaching for her toes :-)

I told the 4's class that I had a headache so we needed to do "quiet yoga"
We started with the snow hare pose with bunny breaths....Audrey suggested that we add bunny ears :-)
Then we curled up in lemming pose

Toddler Animal Actions
We started by clapping like seals....
Drew was really excited to clap with me :-)
Next we tried a penguin waddle

Now its time to swim swim swim! Jake thought it was really funny :-)
