This week each class practiced our "Grateful Giraffe" yoga.
3's Room
We calmed out bodies with balloon breathing and bumble bee breaths.
The giraffes are reaching the leaves in the trees :)
The flamingos are balancing on one leg!

Here, we are giving ourselves a hug just like the mama and baby koala from our book.
This is the elephants pose. We are drinking water with out trunks!
The 4's class decided to practice yoga in the rec room this week :-)

We ended by hanging on to the tree branches just like the sloth at the end of the book.

The next pose is when the mama koala is hugging the baby koala. We decided to give ourselves a great big hug!
Now we are frogs trying to catch a fly.....Ribbit!!
