This week we practiced the "I am grateful" yoga from the book "Thank You, World" again. The kids really enjoyed it a couple weeks ago and it's nice to see how much they remembered from the last time! :)
This week we tried different kinds of breathing to get our minds and bodies ready. We used a few from this link
I printed out pictures representing the different kinds of breathing and attached them to a cube. At the beginning of each yoga class we tossed the cube a couple times and tried a few different ones.
One of the favorites was the "wood chopper"
*I also added "balloon breathing" from our conscious discipline resources.
