Christmas Nibble Trees

Christmas is coming!

This week I made Christmas Nibble Trees for the classrooms to try.

Health Benefits of our Christmas Tree Nibble tray

Yellow peppers- Yellow peppers have a lot of vitamin C which helps your body heal after you get hurt. It also keeps your bones and teeth healthy.

Broccoli- Broccoli helps your body digest food because it has a lot of fiber. It also helps your body get rid of toxins and keeps your skin looking good.

Cherry tomatoes-The lycopene in tomatoes helps protect your heart. The vitamin A in tomatoes also helps your eyes see well.

Cauliflower- Cauliflower helps boost your immune system. Your immune system is how your body fights off sickness, so cauliflower can help you not get sick.

It was a super simple to put together and the kiddos did such a good job tasting everything!

The 3's class is listening carefully while I talk about the healthy trees.

Hmmm.....what do we want to try?
