Week 15 of Nutrition Expedition: So Many Squash!

So Many Squash!
We pretended to be a variety of squash this week in Nutrition Expedition, all while practicing yoga! 

I picked a handful of poses to represent each type of squash. Some were pretty challenging, but I always remind the children that if it doesn't feel comfortable, not to push themselves too hard, and I give them an alternative way to accomplish the pose.
